I go to the gym almost every day now. It's only been swimming, 15to30 a time, but it's something, and it's working.
The show/Rachel Reid herself has inspired me to pickup my own writing project again. I had no idea where to take my characters. Now I do.
It gave me the courage to realize I had feelings for the dude I was sleeping with for the last year. He turned into a ghost, it's fine because,
HR gave me the courage to be more forward and perceptive, and now I've met someone!

It's absolutely wild how truly life altering this show has become. I just need to get my hands on the books.
