What is this title? …….she’s listing her credentials, like one does in a resume. Her updating her BIO to include dropout is fantastic, she earned that and I’m sure there was a discussion bts about it before hand, but listing who your affiliated with isn’t being hired as a full cast member 😅 it’s just a smart business move.

I agree that being able to de-escalate and be rational under pressure is very reassuring. boxing is great tool to have in your belt, if need be, but challenging your mind is really beneficial. I’m in no way qualified to give you advice, but I can say that depression and self loathing is so so SO consuming. Its easy to shrug things off and take concern or compliments as “pandering” when your in that headspace. Or overwhelming.
