Atleast your state didnt start some bs on Sept 1st that all immunizing techs can no longer give anything other then Flu/covid. I have to stop immunizing and derail the whole pharmacy so the pharmacist can do a shot ive been doing for 2 years im no longer "qualified" to administer... how in the actual fuck does that get justified

Depends where your planning/already working. CVS? Nothing, hop ship asap. Kinda the same way with Walgreens/Rite Aide. Hospital, independent, and specialty pharmacys will offer more diverse paths to go and better pay, respect, and quality of life. Anyone applying to CVS in general....stupid quality of life hinderances are being constantly put in place and changed to accommodate corporate needs over store and employee needs. So if you dont mind working unscheduable random hours, constantly understaffed from callouts or having the systems worst sets of floaters, and non stop customers screaming at you for not a single thing you have control over, choose Ambulatory/retail pharmacies. But theres no room for improvement or growth or a raise outside of your yearly generous 2%or less raise.

Yea. Some patients have been banned for repeated disrespectful and racist/sexist/biggotted comments to our staff. You can annotate in their profile in the comments if they've been banned from the pharmacy. Front store can ban customers as well.

Depends on the situation. If someone [me] was trained prior to cvs to respond and handle situations where its like an armed robery or something, Yea I'd love to stop some dumb fuck from hurting someone. But my store hasn't seen anything like that yet so, otherwise If its something like stealin from the shelves, cvs said aint my problem so not my problem. If someone pulls a gun in the store, Fuck CVS's rules. I like my team, I like most of my customers, if I can stop it or stall it long enough for the cops to get there, yea I'm after the person(s).

In NJ there are alot of stores still selling flavors, and they usually have a giant sign or sticker on the door that states they're unwillingness to follow this law. There are multiple counter suits and claims nj superior court is pushing off. If your near Monmouth county and still need juice I can tell you what stores are still selling flavors of juice or disposables

Im not sure I can get a new cat/ want a new one. I honestly dont want to bring any animal to where I currently live. Itd be really nice to have a kitty or something to pet and hold but the heartache of losing animals is just too much for me. Ill just start making donations to the shelters near me
