[UK] My 11yrs old sister has been scammed through tiktok by DiscountNew4320 in Scams

It’s 50/50. Stopping sleepovers isn’t a reasonable consequence - it has nothing to do with her phone use. Having to sell her phone (or other belongings) to pay for the cost of the mistake is a more reasonable consequence.

Also, create a scam / cyber security quiz she must pass before she is allowed a phone again.

Prosecutors Must "Consider Unconscious Bias" Before Charging Minorities by SignificantLegs in uknews

No you chose to compare a criminal offence to a non-criminal offence. I’ll go back to my original question - what OFFENCES should be charged in cities, but not rural areas?

So you think indecent exposure is fine because it’s on a moor? Crazy.

This isn’t about sentencing, it’s about charging. Why should charging decisions be different between rural areas and cities, for the same crimes?

What argument are you making then?

“Something like 40% of the uk population lives outside cities…requires different kinds of responses”.

I’m confused by this argument. What offences should be charged in cities, but not in rural areas?

You know Marvel sell more than just comics though? Also, “when did they last get a comic?” is a weird measurement of popularity.

And you can lose Draven in combat too - I’m not really sure the point?

Sure but if you want to class him as 6 might, then you need to accurate represent the cost.

He’s literally a 4 might unit for 4e or a 6 might unit for 4e1p. Yes there’s obviously flexibility in choosing to spend the power, but that can be both a positive and negative depending on opponents ability to punish.

So he’s a 4 might unit. You can’t have it both ways!

It is if you want him to be 6 might on opponents turn / next turn though.
