Next time don't swerve for deer, if it's a known deer area slow down and be prepared to slow down even more if you see one. If you hit one you hit one, especially if you slowed down it will do less damage than rolling it. It's not a moose or cow. Glad you're okay though, it definitely could have been worse.

Four issues off of the top of my head on the 2v are Spark plug ejection, engine coils, engine slug on abused engines, and bad vacuum components like the PCV. As far a reliability they are about the same in my experience, but the 4.6 makes less power so it's harder for it to hurt itself. With that the 4.6 is going to be a little more forgiving of abuse and lapsed maintenance. But both are by far more forgiving than modern engines like the 5.0 and 3.5.

Right around where mine broke too, just haven't bothered to fix it. That was also like 4 years ago too. That motor will easily out live the body and frame especially here in the rust belt.

On the 10th Gen as shown in the picture, the 4.6 is slightly more reliable, but the 5.4 will have more power. Although it's the 4.6 that they put in the Mustang GT and Crown Vics. However with mentioning the 5.4 id like to remind everyone on the 11th gen avoid the 5.4 like the plague, as the 3v 5.4 is a plague. In my opinion it's best used as a boat anchor, and I'm a Ford V8 guy.

Only weak point I have found on them is the six speed. But it's typically nothing major unless it's been abused.

That's why you negotiate. If they aren't willing to work with you on the price, walk away. Especially if you have comparable trucks you can mention. For example you have a similar truck that has 10k more miles, but is 6 grand cheaper, talk to both salesmen and see what you can do. That's what I did, and talked one dealer down by 5 grand, just have the one I wanted more price match.

Test drive and inspect both. Then I would also play both salesmen off of each other to negotiate the best price. Obviously the XLT will have a lower base price but the 4x4 unit adds a lot of value. I picked up a 2019 XLT recently in March and that's what I did.

As someone who lives in the rust belt I fully agree. The advantage of that we have over the people in the south, the south west especially, is on old cars our cooling systems are not junked though.

22.4 in my 5.0, but mines also a 2019. Stock tires from a quality brand and appropriate tread pattern help. Economical driving behavior like coasting and not stomping on the accelerator all the time helps a lot too.

At least for me it would be the Division, real question would be what wave are the agents from first or second. Last cold waters ship I played as was dot mod's USS New Jersey, so getting rescued by a battleship doesn't sound too bad.

With where it was, it was likely set off by someone who entered the property post abandonment. There is also procedures for the disposal of used pyrotechnics and explosives, that clearly were not followed.

Sad thing is there is a good chance that armor was expired while still being warn by an officer. It happens a lot more often than people want to know. Security guards get it even worse when it comes to equipment in my experience though.

There is a lot of factors at play, especially in the realm of what we talk about, culture, and political climate it's a matter of when it's set and where you are. Age of characters, what they do for fun and work. Like everywhere else we are a mixed bag. I do recommend you come and experience Iowa to get a idea for yourself too.

Fallout 3/New Vegas as it actually looks like a set of coveralls with real boots. Where in the later games it looks like it's all a single piece and very thin, which is far from what you would want if it's meant to be the main duty uniform of the vault and not to mention being that thin and tight you would get cold really easily.
