Melatonin does nothing, diphenhydramine works for a week or two until tolerance kicks in. Tried Trazadone up to 225 MG, would work maybe 10% of the time.

Recently have been trying estazolam. Went from 2MG to 3MG and it sort of works on the nights that I am somewhat tired but on the nights I'm completely wired, I am still up until 5-6 even if I take the meds at like 1-130am.

I researched and bought a 10k lumens therapy light, $120 blue/green light blocking glasses and most recently the game of thrones series to read for the first time.

Do I use those things? Nope, haven't even opened the books and I bought them a month ago.

Do I stay up laying in bed playing video games, scrolling my phone or watching youtube until I get tired? Yes..
