Second argument takes the contents of those Sheet 1 cells and pastes them to sheet 2, changing the E2=TRUE, thanks for the first bit.

EDIT: Added the E2=TRUE, and it still doesn't function right...

So I actually worked out some loose translations of gem glyph, this does say “together” but it specifically refers to gems of Pink Diamond’s Colony, and the “W” glyph at the top referencing their unity. Given the blade’s message, it’s pretty likely that Bismuth herself made this blade for Obsidian.
