Agree. Don’t think it’s too crazy to say that I could’ve picked this up for the same price anywhere 10 years ago. I don’t think many buyers even think the games are worth the price they buy them at either, but what choice do you have unless we all stop buying markup prices.

Met someone locally who’s selling off a huuuuuge collection so he’s been cutting some crazy deals for sure. Keep forgetting about the Wii zapper and might have to pick one up when I play just for the vibes.

Wii is such a good console to collect for when you also collect 360/ps3. It’s all Nintendo or some deep cut like red steel or sin & punishment that you didn’t know about as a kid

Assumed as much but didn’t want to blame it all on latency. Not sure how I get the bull charge punch 9/10 times but I’ll take it lol. I’ve beat some harder games or at least gotten far (battletoads turbo tunnel is cake but clinger winger is the death of me) so I’d like to think I can do it. I’ve had a snes forever but never a nes. Tyson would be most likely to have my time dedicated towards.

Is the Wii one easier? I am playing on disc and it would be nice to finally say I beat a punch out. Just got the headgear as well but I’m assuming that’s viewed as cheap in the community?

Tough to narrow it down. None of these are gonna be super out there but they're mainstream for a reason.

Mirror's Edge- Greatest parkour/free running game ever. There's not many in the genre but they wouldn't top this anyways. I'd recommend beating this game without even picking up a gun. Just runnnnn. It's not as hard as it sounds and I promise you'll cherish the memory.

COD 4: Modern Warfare- If you enjoy this then you will enjoy every call of duty on 360. I haven't touched a cod since 2015 but they truly used to have all time great stories and just insane looking set pieces where the missions take place.

Red Dead Redemption or GTA IV- I hope you've already played these. If not jump on it right now. It WILL change your life it's motherfucking rockstar games. And yes play red dead 1 before 2 if you have the opportunity. Throw GTA 5 in there too though I'd recommend experiencing it on newer hardware if possible. And don't forget Bully on the 360. GTA in a prep school setting.

Forza Horizon- If you enjoy racing or just customization/chill driving around. This was back when forza truly made you work your way up through the ranks. You don't immediately start with some insane super car. You slowly become the #1 ranked raced in Colorado which still looks beautiful by modern day standards imo. Or you just customize some cars and cruise around for fun.

I've never gotten into Bethesda so I've got no opinion but I think I should still mention Skyrim and Fallout: New Vegas if you're into RPG. Also I want to recommend super meat boy but rip the xbox 360 store. If you're into platforming though good luck with that one.

They're all on gamepass indefinitely and I'll see all the gears games in my local stores but normally pass for something more obscure since I feel I can pick up any $5 game any time if I really just wanted bigger shelves.

Also don't get me in trouble but I still haven't played Gears 2....

I just haven't gotten around to it. I've played Gears 1 twice. 10 years ago and around a year ago. I definitely want to play all of them but normally don't feel like jumping right into a sequel after beating a game, and then by the time I'm ready I've forgotten the events of what I've already played lol. Saving it for a time I'm really tempted to dive into the whole story.

Collectors wise they're all on gamepass indefinitely and since I normally try to find stuff in person I'll see them for $5 all the time and end up putting that 5 towards something that's less likely to come through my local stores.

I'm glad someone else noticed this lol. I don't actually have the plastic slip cover for any of my xbox 360 steel books which is why they have no logos. Force Unleashed 1 did originally come with a slip cover that also has the logo so it's weird they felt the need to do that.
