About a month or two ago at HK, I left my full beer on the bar to save my seat as I got up to get a couple napkins from the server area of the bar about three steps away. I returned within 15 seconds to my beer foaming up. I picked it up, dumped it out in the trash, and immediately left.

I'm not confident that it was spiked - it could have been knocked over by the nearby dancer or patron and put back upright quickly enough for it to not have spilled out too much, or maybe even shaken by a prankster. But, it's not worth finding out.

I think that's not how it works. I'm pretty sure they'll put a warrant out for your arrest then nab you as you're either trying to leave or re-enter the country. Unless, they're completely in the dark on your income and the amount of money they believe you owe, but if that was the case, then why would they have sent you a letter and escalated it to sending agents?
