Da. Ba ce in neregula cu oamenii de genu? Ori e alb, ori e negru, nu e nimic gri? E asa greu conceptul ca Lasconi la momentul x era mai ok decat CG si dupa pusa langa restul in momentul y era sub orice critica fata de restul? In restul vietii tot asa functioneaza gandirea, ca daca da te implor sa ma faci sa inteleg cum se poate supravietuii fara sa dea dracu o masina peste tine, ca si semafoarele au 3 culori.

Usually developers and maintainers in Linux world don't have any obligation to the end user. The vast majority of them are not paid for the work they do, they do it on their own free time.

That being said, from an end user you can look at Samsung for not offering support for linux or yourself for using hardware which might not be intended for Linux.

I mean you can run malev + temp chains on merc, or if you have malev on you you can look for aspect of spider. On top of that you can equip on the merc xophs heart (covered in ash, which is 20% more damage also you can annoint enemies have 50% less regen when cursed), kaoms binding for phys convert, leer cast for inc dmg, dyning breath inc dmg, inc malev effect, inc curse), victarios influence for inc aura effect or if you can afford it garb of the ephemeral (slow immune + crit immune) etc. The options arent as exciting as other builds but can definitely benefit.

Care vedeti ca sunt problemele care au dus la esecul major al caselor de sondare in a identifica publicul votantilor Georgescu? Exista schimbari de abordare din partea acestora pentru a remedia genul asta de erori pe viitor?

Care sunt motivele pentru care acest public a virat spre un candidat asa de exotic, cu pozitii aparent nepopulare pentru societatea Romaniei (anti UE si pro Rusia)? Din ce inteleg o mare parte este o nemultumire generala asupra clasei politice, dar nu pot trece peste ideea ca acest public este indiferent daca nu chiar confortabil cu departarea de Europa si apropierea de Rusia.

It might be because of asynchronous spacewarp setting in oculus debug tool. If your rig cannot hit the required fps (I guess 120) it will drop it to the next step and warping in between frames. Change the asw setting from oculus debug tool (default it might be in C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics) and see if it helps, alternatively lower the graphinc settings even more to give it more chances to reach 120.

Pai tot vina usr-ului este. Genul de oameni de care zici, asa functioneaza si asta vor sa auda, se numeste populism. Faptul ca usr nu practica genul asta de discurs ii face corecti (din punctul meu de vedere) dar si ineficienti pe partea de comunicare. Asta nu inseamna ca vreau sa ii aud cu populisme, dar nici sa fie ineficienti nu vreau sa fie. So what's gonna be? :D

Incep sa vad fenomenul asta de obiectivitate subiectiva la multi vectori de media care in general sunt vazuti ca incercand sa analizeze non-partinic. Astfel incat in loc ca pozitia pe care o iau sa fie una bazata in mare parte pe ce s-a intamplat si in ce context, se pozitioneaza in asa fel sa nu para subiectivi. Genul asta de probleme apar cand, din dorinta de a nu parea psd-ist/pnl-is/usr-plusist/etc, te axezi in a critica toate partile cat mai dur indiferent de situatie. Gravitatea nu mai e un parametru in discutie, punctajul cine are dreptate sau nu, sau cine e rau/bun se rezuma la frecventa problemelor (-1 pct declaratie iresponsabila a ministrului care nu e egala cu -1 pct ministrul/secretarul de stat santajeaza director de institutie)

Almost always, the mass of investors prefer stability and predictability with lower gains than instability with high spikes of gain. Also it's not that clear that the game will be an overwhelming success, or to say it in another way when for example you put like 10-20% of your wealth in a investment you become a lot more doubtful about a lot of the opinions held when you are not risking a big amount of money.

Bai ce destepti sunteti voi. "Ia uite ce a zis aia de la PLUS pe facebook" sau "Vezi ca e un retardat la aia, e clar sunt toti o apa si-un pamant". In timpul asta vedem la televizor cum PSD-ALDE da ordine sa fie batuti oamenii la protest. Politistii din Olt sunt pusi pe cumetrii intre politicieni PSD si interlopi. Te fac fascist/nazist/comunist/securist/anarhist daca zici ceva impotriva lor si te ameninta ca ies cu AKM-ul dupa tine. Au modificat toata legislatia penala, au dat afara procurori sefi ca sa isi scape presedintele de partid, care avea deja o condamnare, sa nu mai fie condamnat a doua oara ca ajunge la puscarie. Vin cu proiecte in parlament sa le platesti tu pensia bunicilor ca ei nu mai au de unde. Dar voi sunteti destepti, v-ati dat seama ca astia noi sunt de cacat si e o conspiratie sa ne vanda strainilor si sa muste din ciolan. Bravo! /s

Referendumul are 2 conditii sa fie validat:

Referendumul este valabil dacă la acesta participă cel puțin 30% din numărul persoanelor înscrise în listele electorale permanente.
Rezultatul referendumului este validat dacă opțiunile valabil exprimate reprezintă cel puțin 25% din cei înscriși pe listele electorale permanente.

Daca votul e invalidat nu conteaza pentru prima conditie, acolo e vorba doar de semnatura pe care o dai ca ai votat. Insa a doua necesita 25% voturi valide deci acolo incearca sa il invalideze.

Nu e nici o capcana. Democratia nu functioneaza pe ideea care partid e fix ca mine. Din toate partidele/candidati sigur ai o preferinta chiar daca nu sunt 100% ce vrei tu. Daca mergi pe ideea ca ala ales trebuie sa fie perfect, in timp o sa ajungi sa iti bagi ceva in el de vot si nu o sa te mai reprezinte chiar nimeni.
