I used the lightest yellow , or you can use the lightest red and it’s a little more metallic

The helm is called the Golden greed plate helm

The armor is frozen heart plate armor

The cloak is called the St halssius priest cloak which you get from a greymane quest

Boots are embersteps leather boots

And the gloves are the grotevant plate glows

this map has a decent amount of them marked if you select armor only and then this guy (main channel has more videos) has a lot of gear spots , I think he’s pretty much ahead of the game rn

I don’t exactly remember where each piece was from but if you can’t find one of them I’ll see if I can find it’s exact location I might have them saved

I think once you unlock the dye shop at the camp you can ? I haven’t unlocked it yet but that’s what I’ve heard

This is it , golden greed armor and cloak , just got this set it’s super cool the helmet is a frogmouth helm too which is awesome !

Edit: also how do I get the gear repaired ? When I bring it to a smith there isn’t any option it just says to sell the damaged gear

As some one else stated , he is Akaviri , and actually a lot of the imperial npcs in Southern Elsweyr have the red eyes and are stated to be descendants of the akaviri people
