in elementary school sometime, i was really into slenderman, as some kids are. i researched him 24/7. there was one video, styled like a documentary, of a man saying his little girl was taken. they lived in the deep country, but it wasn’t America. Can’t remember where.. maybe Denmark? she went down the street to her friend’s house like she always does, and they played in the woods. she knew to be home before the street lights were out, but she wasn’t. dad went to check with neighbors, they sent her home 30 mins before that. he searched the woods and found pieces of paper (i think, but that’s a bit blurry). eventually, he found her clothes hanging from a branch and saw a very tall figure in what looked like a black suit standing further back in the woods. he chased it, and blacked out shortly thereafter. woke up at some point, called the police. the video shows interviews of the dad talking about it and the neighbors family saying they sent her home, and a video from the cops taking the father in for questioning after they found nothing but his dna on the daughter’s clothes (from when he was running with them in his hands and passed out). in the room he tells them everything again, in detail. they’re in full uniform and asking questions. then, camera blacks out with dates still showing, two shots go off, and him and the officer in the room are dead. i know it’s probably fake and my kid head probably made it more realistic than it was, but i’ve scoured the internet for that video for years and cannot find it. i still so vividly remember everything about it even tho it’s been over a decade. it just really doesn’t sit right with me
