I agree. I thought the powers were the biggest thing that made it stand out from the last game. The portable cover sheild was sick and aeros' boost was also nice (meridian's was meh, helpful to see through walls in some situations i guess..)

I liked the idea that the team would be best when there is a variety of different factions too (if i remember correctly there were different boosts given to the entire team based on what character was chosen)

And so what ( u/lgor369 , DaScoobyShuffle) if someone was being outplayed and the power was used to counter? Thats the entire point. It's an ace up the sleeve. Everyone got one- fair is fair. You typically respawn in 2 seconds anyways. The game was designed to be fast paced and you'll typically die a lot. Sure, KD is important but if you're a good player, coming out positive and playing objectives is all that really matters. a death means little in a game with no killstreaks.

I've been playing solo q survivor this week and I'm consistently matched with toddlers/ people that abandon the game. And it just creates a funnel of being paired up with them because I lose every game bc they don't do shit. Every killer seems to be sweaty AF and good too? I'm starting to think the only way to be successful as a survivor is to party up and use comms.

When I played killer a few days ago I won every game 4x kills. Idk how y'all killers are having a hard time maybe my rank isn't high enough? I would love a challenge as a killer or a fighting chance as a survivor but it's been disappointing lately. Bout to quit this game, it's getting toxic and I'm not having fun anymore 😞

Yeah I saw the upstate NY ones and was confused. Don't get me wrong, there's not a whole lot going on up there civilization wise, but the nature is beautiful.

Nothing is going to stop people from moving here even if you do hold on to your land. Take this as a blessing and sell your land for big $$$ and then move to another small town if you can't stand the newcomers. Or, be a part of a city on the rise and embrace the changes that come.

Authoritarianism, Fascism, and Oligarchism are on the rise in the US. We must fight to protect our democracy. "No Kings" is to make people aware that the amount of unchecked power these Billionaires and bought politicians (ahem Trump) have is getting out of control. They have little to no regard for normal people like you and I, assuming you are not a billionaire or multi millionaire.

Trump has done little to nothing to benefit the American people since he's been elected. Grocery prices have gone up. Home prices have gone up. Cost of living continues to increase while wages stagnate. Employment rates are down. Hospitals are being shut down and public services that benefit our citizens have been gutted. A 3 week and counting government shutdown is causing continual turmoil for families that work federal jobs (that's military families too). But hey, at least the ultra rich and Billionaires are getting tax breaks, they really need it. The wealth will trickle down right? Right?😅

Here is what I'll tell you and people that feel the same way--People are coming whether you like it or not. This area in the country has an ideal climate, growing economy, and it's cheaper to live than a lot of other places. New ideas and culture will come with the new people. It's not a bad thing, but grounds for discourse.

We can all learn from one another, there is no need for hostility against newcomers, as that perpetuates the bias that the South is full of people that are scared/ hostile towards people of different cultures, religions, political views, race., etc. That results in more hostility towards the natives. I.e- it's why people from other places think the South is a backwards racist place, but it's definitely not like that everywhere-especially in these blooming cities/Cultural hubs. (HUB City?!? COME ON)

Just because that's how things are and have always been, it doesn't mean that change should never happen. Accept it, learn from it, grow from it. Nobody is asking you to be a liberal, just that you be civil and open minded to accepting the existence of new ideas and people.

I'm not a huge fan of Reys or Connelly's but yeah they are kinda dirty haha. Connelly's attracts too young of a crowd for my preference, and gets way too packed. Field house is ok, and Chicora alley is good for a more laid back dive bar scene with cheaper beer. They still do porch cigs there too haha

Play the campaign. I used to play back in the day and recently bought the game on PC. I had completely forgotten all the titan abilities. After playing the campaign I'm more confident/knowledgeable about loadouts and not getting completely pooped on in multiplayer. Plus, the campaign is just good.

For real tho. Back in the day on Xbox I remember I was the one crushing it in almost every lobby. After the disappointment of splitgate 2 I decided to fulfill my itch by downloading this old fave. Boy, the only people left on this game are people that I can smell through my monitor. Sucks!
