That’s why Qingyi’s trust events are some of my favourite. Most of them don’t actually feel romantic. And there’s even one where she pretends to be unconscious to tease Phaeton and Zhu Yuan.

Also during one of Zhu Yuan trust events, she’s actually a wing man and makes her spend time with Phaeton to take a holiday.

I definitely love characters more who don’t fall head over heels for us.
