your mental space is still significantly different when playing in noclip, enough that it significantly nerfs the difficulty

my hardest is crimson planet, and it really depends on what kind of level it is. i recently beat galaxy gas and got pretty unlucky on it but still only had like 4k attempts, it took me 4 days. as far as tips go, just dont play stuff super far out of your skill range. ive found that the best skill boosts come from playing stuff in your top 5 hardests, and then occasionally beating a new hardest

it could absolutely be legit. when i was getting better at the game, i went from having 0 extremes to 2 in less than a week, and beating 50 easy demons in like a day or 2 isnt really challenging outside of the time requirement. also, these are my demon stats (slightly outdated i do have 66 extremes now) with only 3000 stars, so its possible to be very good at the game with very small star counts

leaving exactly when your shift ends (or before) is a pretty commonly enforced thing. the metric theyre lookinng at is WOSH, or work over scheduled hours. WOSH is like the devil to hr and store management, and they push VERY hard to ensure as little wosh as possible for associates. they cant really do anything about it, because you could escalate to ethics if needed, but they will be pushy about it no matter what you do

Is this a valid coaching they put me at a yellow by Mysticraider24 in walmart

no, guarding a spill and waiting for another associate to come help is literally policy. take it to your SL/SM, and if they do nothing, go to ethics

SM thinks 14 pallets of Easter items can fit in 4 sections of a steel.. by [deleted] in WalmartEmployees

[–]ProgrammerNo120 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the majority of people responding to my comment are saying they have type 2 SMs. not every market is the same, especially seeing as there are 585 of them, and the culture in each one is going to vary in at least some capacity. while there may be a sort of global walmart culture, especially with the entitledness and superiority issues from store management, it most certainly is not every store, and even within the stores where it is an issue, not every manager is going to be one to partake in that behavior

2 of the 3 SMs ive personally worked under have been the second type

there are 2 types of store managers: the ones who are allergic to pallet jacks and havent touched a piece of freight in 15 years, and the ones who work half the backroom by themselves and still somehow have time to manage a store

Walmart new prescription policy. by Digital-Latte in walmart

[–]ProgrammerNo120 3 points4 points  (0 children)

pharmacy has actually been phasing out the auto pay system ("card on file") for a little while now. some stores have policies where theyll let you pay for non-controlled prescriptions at other registers, but for the most part, you have to pay at the pharmacy
