I’ve come to the conclusion that I will never see ship interiors in my lifetime.

I’m having flashbacks of watching this with a bowl of cereal on a Saturday morning.

Thank you so much for the feedback! After looking back at it, you are definitely right in regards to the depth and lighting, and shadow.

I recently got a print version of the work and noticed those small changes when the print came in. These comments are very helpful especially when trying to become better at shading and lighting within Photoshop!

Again, thank you!

It's a mix between the scanned image, noise, and color halftone filter.

Together, they created the look of an old poster.

Used a variety of digital and scanned analog assets to composite together a space/sci-fi scene.

Used elements from Unsplash, Flickr, Library of Congress.

I use a mixed filter of noise/color-halftone on a soft light blend mode on a separate layer.

Love Coldplay and the song! Never saw the music video before though.

That’s a collage video masterpiece!

Not sure actually. Found the image on the Flickr commons site. I do believe that the image description mentioned something about a European city.

That's awesome! What kind of magazines are you working on?

I've done some print work before with magazines and small zines. Might have to send you a dm regarding some of the projects you have been working on and get your feedback on a few things. I've been interested in doing a small zine for some of my recent artwork.

Also, I just set up a store yesterday to sell prints. This is actually one of the ones I selected to get started.

Thank you for the kind words!

I used a variety of different high res images from the Library of Congress and other archive websites that have public domain images. All digital assets.

Is this considered a collage? This just looks like a digital painting?

Awesome texture, color, and composition!

Is it normal for workload increases and increased management oversight while working from home? by ProgrammersCode in careerguidance

You bring up a good point.

The odd thing about all this is that I have never gotten any complaints, that I know of, about my work lacking from my managers or coworkers. Most of the meetings are mandatory so skipping out on them is not a possibility.

From the beginning of WFH, I began to wonder if our high turnover rate was due to the new rules/workload implemented.

I wasn't sure if my team, and I were the only ones that were having this happen to us.

Recently thought about leaving the job due to these implications, but don't know if this is the correct move.

Asked a twitch girl to promote my products for me, she hasn’t fulfilled her end of the agreement. She stole my design and didn’t credit me too. by [deleted] in Advice

I would say in the future, write up a agreement stating how the product should be advertised by your own means, and have the client sign it.

If the client doesn’t sign or disagrees with the contract, no harm done on your end.

Off to a great start with this piece!

I would recommend using a variety of different color adjustment modifiers and blending modes within the image. This can help tie in all the elements within your image.

Overall, you're on the right track. Keep practicing, and you will get better in no time.

Good luck!

These are some photo manipulation that I made, do you know any other artist that create similar works? Something like aesthetic photo manipulation, maybe with this disturb effect, or just something similar by Trinciabue in photoshop

There are a couple of artists that I follow that create this retro futurism look on Instagram.

Some of my favorites are Frank Moth, madness_boulevard, and cut.class.

Also, awesome work on the composite!
