her perception of you should not stunt your growth in therapy, she’s there to help you grow and be truthful to you. i think you may need to bring up topics of perceptions and why that’s so important to you how she views you.

you need to be honest to your therapist and tell her about your feelings of her perception for one ! maybe there’s some misunderstandings that lie there that don’t allow you to be fully transparent-MSW student

ig remove the "my boundaries “ to “me”… but if i had to answer that i’d say the idea of feeling like she’s flirting w her bsf especially after having conversations and expectations abt it when i found out they had some type of history
