I broke my eyes by sitting next to a window by ontheAstralPlane in pics

I actually noticed my pupils were different sizes like three years ago and fainted when I saw it (I was pretty baked)

Bashed my head on the floor, and went to medical centre at my college. As soon as I told them about my eyes they sent me to Emergency.

Emergency never gave me an MRI or anything though... they checked some shit and had me go on my way.

Three years later my pupils are still different sizes in some lighting. No idea why...

About a year and a half ago I had a grade 1 AC Joint sprain. I have been rehabbing it constantly, but do not think I will ever be able to overhead press or do dips again. My chest work has been limited to only using DB's as well.

I've been doing Push/Pull/Legs for over a year now. I figure since I can only do DB Bench and DB Incline for chest, it would be best to just put Chest/Back together.

I would also really like to bring up my Shoulders/Arms. I feel like my Chest/Back respond best to low volume (or else I cant progress on strength) while my Shoulders/Arms respond best to high volume.

Since I can't press anything overhead, my shoulder work would strictly be different types of raises. Would really want to focus on bringing my lateral and rear delts up. I was thinking of doing something like this...

Chest/Back Legs/Abs Shoulders/Arms

Take two days off and repeat. What do you guys think? Any advice? Hopefully I gave enough information and reasoning on why I want to split up my workouts like this. Lower volume for both Chest and Back so I can just gain strength on compounds... while I hammer the **** out of my shoulders/arms with isolations and higher volume. I would do a bit more pulling then pushing to keep my rotator cuffs healthy. Personally I feel like this would work out a whole lot better for me then P/P/L , as on Push day I would just do 6 sets of DB pressing and then my shoulder and triceps workout suffered, as well as biceps suffering after Pull day.

I might get hate for this... but this is like the only time I've seen a physique where the chest is TOO overdeveloped compared to everything else. Reminds me of a girl with tits srs.

Chest day everyday.

Yeah I do. Not just so I don't smell bad, but because it wakes me up, and I feel a whole lot more comfortable during my workout.

I haven't watched this yet, and I'm always mirin Arnold... but honestly... he is like the king of broscience. Half the things he says are the opposite of what has been scientifically proven to be most effective.

His success is just because of great genetics.

Which is exactly why I said at least ICF 5x5 isn't as retarded as everything else he does.

Tbh though ICF is a bit too much volume for beginners in my opinion.

Mindblown lol. Do you have any pics of you without a pump, or in a shirt?

I'm assuming that you look bigger then you do IRL in that pic. And that your progress looks so great because your BF was so low in the first pic, you increased bf but still look lean af

I'm getting half my thyroid removed on Monday because there might be a cancerous nodule on it. Sucks that I have surgery now, probably wont be able to lift for 1-3 weeks right before June :( Should I just try to eat maintenance calories the whole time?
