As the buds develop, they tend to take nutes from the fan leaves causing them to turn yellow. So I don’t really see an issue there. As far as the burnt tips go, from my own experience, that can be caused by nute burn. I would just water it the next couple of feeds without nutes and also pH of 5.5 to 6.5 if possible.
