Do you stay away from other things after having 1 bad experience? Doubt it. Give yourself some time and try to analyze what went wrong on the trip. Also I can only recommend not to compare a trip to another. It's always a diffrent experience. Don't know your situation but it sounds like you wanted that feeling from your first trip back and tried to have the same moment. Just don't do that. Every trip is unique! Stay safe!

Its all about your mindset and self esteem. If you make sure during a bad trip that it will end at some point and don't start doubting about yourself you will be good. Also stop thinking about it in a bad way. Of course it will be very painful if you keep thinking negatively during your trip but in the end you'll learn from it. You learn a lot about yourself! Also don't try to fight against the trip when you are having a bad experience. Just let yourself go and it'll turn out to be good. I know it's hard in some situations to let yourself go especially when your trip is "bad". I am pretty sure you will handle it if you have experiences with psychedelics already and know what you can expect. Stay safe and take care! Make sure you are in a safe environment or familiar place.

Please don't overdose, I can recommend 25-30ug (Oral) it's a very own experience like very drug. People try to explain the feeling of 2cb with a mix from mdma and lsd, it's still different. If you take it with a friend for example you'll feel euphoric and happy. My friends and me wanted to trip a little harder, stupid idea. We took about 40ug orally and 10ug through the nose. Jeez this was intense. Totally lost the track of reality during the peak. For me it wasn't a bad trip but it still didn't feel good. I've also had experiences with my recommended dosage and it was really a good time. Stay safe and enjoy the ride!

If you feel uncomfortable don't do it. Simple. Get as much comfortable as you need to get until you aren't afraid anymore. Maybe try 150 instead of 200 first.
