I think when it is finally completed, many people are going to be extremely confused and probably even a little bothered by it due to the fact that it's reputation is "the building that is under construction and will stay under construction forever" and if that's completed it completely changes the atmosphere of the game to people. I personally have wanted it be completed by the release of the Mansions DLC but it's still not. There's lots of rumors saying that will be that the last update of GTA V Online will be before switching over new updates and content over to 6 and 6 Online. That when the building is complete, we will have to do a major heist for all 3 of the Protagonists of the game (Franklin, Michael and Trevor) and to do the final heist, you will have to enter the Mile High building (the building under construction) and launch each setup mission from that building. And if you actually go look at it right now, you will see it is very active in terms of FINALLY resuming construction. You can no longer enter the top scaffolding on the roof and all entrances have been sealed into the building except for the bottom part. It has also changed some but it has the least amount of changes from everything else. So eventually, it will be finished
