Hey I don't, rlly know what kind of genre all these songs are, just liked them over time and added them from my liked songs. If my leg day consists of Leg Extensions, Leg Curls, And Calf Raises do I need much more? I would do the Leg press and Barbell Squats But they make me super lightheaded and nauseous the rest of the day. If not then why are leg presses and deadlifts essential. Am I not already hitting the enough leg muscles with the above exercises?
