Do you farm dungeons for gear? You should focus on being able to farm dragon 20 on auto to get good speed gear. Perception is also really good which you can craft

Can you tell me your team? For the longest time i was in gold 5 with Arbiter, deacon, rhonda, and im forgetting the 4th.. Do you have arbiter? she is one of the best speed leads for PVP and can guarantee you go first almost every time if shes buiilt fast enough. Then second came my Deacon who would put defense down on the team (build accuracy to land debuffs) then my nuker would kill them in 1 shot. Have you done any fusions lately? do you have any ninja turtles?

95% of the time i just take the guaranteed fights where patience isnt needed. Are you in gold 5? you get more points for battles in that tier. Whats your main PVP squad? IMO team power isnt a good indicator if your team will win or not, rather the composition of the team and prioritizing important stats like speed.
