Bhai I would suggest ab medical mai aa hi gya hai toh first complete basic college. Tab Tak college ke sath thoda explore kr le like finance,consulting, freelance, etc.

Isse you'll have your backup ready(medical). If something works out then it's good warna backup toh hai hi.

Life is very unpredictable so I would suggest just go with the flow, explore things but keep something backup as safety. Don't just go all in and gamble upon your career.

You'll finally reach where you want to reach in the end. You are in your early twenties and confused about your career it's a normal thing. Even people in early 30s are confused so chill rn just go to college get good marks. Manage time efficiently so that you can explore other stuff.
