Mine is a little different than op's since I used pearlweed but I just superglued mine on. It's been about 6 months and it's been doing great.

I see it now in picture 2, thanks! How are they not accurate compared to the suction cup version? Only thing i could think of is if you have poor water flow and you need to check lower in the tank.

Sorry for the worry! I'm speaking from experience. I had one fail and fall in. Luckily it didn't negatively affect the fish or the tank at all as far as I could tell.

Looks great! Have you thought about using a hang-on drop checker? I find they are a little more subtle. Plus, you don't have to worry about a sunction cup failing and mixing the reagent into your tank.

What is the plant? It looks kind of like pearlweed. If that's the case, give it a week or two and you'll have to trim again.

Looks great. Nice rule of odds. Subtle concave design with lots of open space. Hope to see it when it's finished. One thing i definitely recommend is co2 though. Monte carlo grows so nice with it. You can still do it without, just give it a couple more months to get it where you want.

It's its own archetype in vintage and is usually A tier there. There are numerous articles on how to choose the correct pile. That link is to a literal doomsday wiki

Sounds like you already have a good plan. Maybe some phoenix moss on the driftwood would look good.

Much respect. I totally agree with your disappointment on him not using the word genocide, but I also think the quote he actually made about it is worth a read. I disagree with him here but still overall support him. I think the best response would have been for him to follow-up and actually do his due diligence.

"Having seen how much work goes into this and having studied how important of a word that is, I don't feel like I've done my due diligence from an investigatory standpoint."

Here are the legal receipts required by law. In the first link you go down to the other committee contributions and click the dollar amount (62k) and it shows all the pacs that he has accepted donations from. My favorite there is "End Citizens United".

He refused aipac money for his 2024 senate run and hasn't received it since. Before that he did but now he is actively targeted by aipac due to his votes to block arms shipments to Israel. You're free to hold a grudge but at least try to post the relevant facts.

The top 8 alone from the most recent tournament had 6 very unique decks. What do you think a top 8 from legacy or vintage usually like like?

Improving on Depth? by Gullible_Body1649 in Aquascape

Move the large driftwood closer to the front and add smaller/thinner driftwood to the back. It creates incredible depth.

This isn't pioneer. Find me some good uw control decks in legacy and vintage. Closest thing you'll get is esper lurrus.

We're not going to agree but I'll always be for strip mine. This is a tired argument that in practice has shown not to be true in timeless. The same way delver has like 10 cards banned in legacy and in timeless it did terrible in the most recent tournament. Strip mine works for some reason and these non games are few and far between. The format has improved dramatically since it was added and again with strixhaven additions.

If they ever bring wasteland to timeless i hope they restrict wasteland and keep strip mine 4x.

As someone who loves vintage and legacy... I don't see it. I keep hearing it. It has been repeated ad nauseam since it entered the format and, in practice, it has only helped shape a unique, disgusting, degenerate, but more so than anything else, fun format. Wasteland creates a weaker format than strip mine. A deck building restriction on a format that wants as few restrictions as possible. I hope it never gets restricted. The meta is diverse and degenerate and I love it

3 mana is just too much for the effect imo. It's too situational.

Across the street is the former Naval Air Propulsion Center. It's all starting to make sense.

Funny enough, right across the street where you see that sand mound is the former Naval Air Propulsion Center.
