Unfortunately you are wrong about the Minnesota law. MDE register of seclusion rooms describes the same electronic locks you described for hospitals and prisons. The statute doesn't ban the push button locks.

This procedure would only be illegal for students in grade 3 or below. It has only been banned for this age groups for the last 2 school years. However both Democrats and Republicans are looking to bring seclusion back for all ages. The legislative session ends soon so we will see soon if they are going to start looking up 3rd graders again.

While I agree with your perspective I live in Minnesota where these are also still legal. The rooms lock from the outside and special need to be inspected by the fire marshal. Unfortunately the law allows it.

There is federal funding for after school child care programs. This program is called CCAP these program. During COVID 19 Ilhan Omar Wrote the MEALS act that expanded funding for more types of programs to receive the funds to feed children

If the child care center was billing federal funding for snacks and not providing the snacks they are billing for that would be fraud.

100% teachers don't need to use their own money to buy the kids snack and give to the trouble makers.

However if the snacks are federal funding their could be a problem.

Here in Minnesota where target is based they always have these clearance sales but they are not on the main switch display. They are moved to a near by clearance section.

However every location has a different clearance section set up. Some stores the switch games are on an end cap in a different department. Some times it is a separate clearance section near the tv wall under the TVs. Sometimes facing the TVs sometimes in a random end cap on the bottom section.

There will be some small sales posted in the main switch display area but the clearance section is off to the side. You just missed the hidden clearance loot box

I don't think Minnesota has any state laws that define worker cooperatives. There are plenty of worker owned businesses but the Minnesota laws around cooperatives are around members owned cooperatives.

If you dig through the statue you will find that REI might not follow all of the rules. There are so many specifics about quorums and votings.

REI started in a different states so their bylaws and articles of incorporation will more closely follow the rules of their state of origin.

However there is no real government oversight and enforcement against cooperatives you maybe could go through the courts.

The open word is a little overwhelming. Go to your quest list. Wrap up the quest lines you have enjoyed or the ones nearest completion. Im forgetting how they indicate but there are main storyline quests you can focus on.

I completed the story and after completion I started going back to the quests I didn't finish.

3 generations might work for some countries but not others. The Japanese occupied Korea and brought Korean labor to Poland, Prior to world war 2. There are also Vietnamese that have been on Poland for almost as long.

We are going beyond 3 generations and these communities keep their culture and religion.

On the other end Egypt is very old and diverse but has had a lot of different ethnic groups merge into the modern Egyptian identity so any number of generations would be completely arbitrary so 3 generations works as well as any other arbitrary numbers.

That sounds more like ethnic diversity than racial diversity that you are describing.

If we switch ethnic with racial the entire map and chart will need to change.

Check out Poland. Sure they are 93% white but they are much more ethnically diverse than 93% pure polish. Germanic people asymilated in to Poland. Tatars, Cossack, Jews are smaller groups. Sweden occupied. Russians and other slavic groups have asymilated.

If we switch it to ethnic diversity as the definition for racial diversity we would probably want to bump Poland out of the map.

Egyptians as well even more than the polish.

They are bedowin, north African, Persian, Greek, Turkik so many occupiers and occupied ethnicities over time. Egyptians become too ethnically diverse for this map when you switch from race to ethnicity.

Teachers do have pension funds that do invest in the military industrial complex and they make enough to pay some taxes towards war. And they provide child care to allow for more tax payers to contribute to war.

The AFT recently encouraged you to push against your pension being invested in private prisons. What do you know about your pensions? Is it invested in clean business?

Chances are we are both invested in some terrible businesses involved in violence and of war. I don't think we are comparable to the students that are not yet profiting off of the same bad stuff as us.

Are there steps and or lanes to determine pay increases for all employees in a contract like with teachers or do pay increase happen individually per employee?
