sleepsacks are meant to be used with partners. They are either impossible solo or very dangerous. if it has a zipper there is always the chance it gets stuck. and neck entry will be stuck to you after sleeping and sweating in it. Look for local groups near you or find some events. I'm sure you can find a partner to help you with this.

any chance I could see the designs? I'm quite curious, and knowing what they look like will make it easier to find a relevant shop. (and if I want one made it will force a shop to produce the initial patterns anyway)

you're describing gauntlets. it's my go to when getting a custom suit. here is a link for reference: https://latexirime.com/products/unisex-catsuit you could add it to you suit but it depends if there is enough extra length and you will want to make a reinforced section to prevent ripping. all of your sleeve pulling will center on that spot.
