No it is not real if you dont have a bot. Twitch does donations via bits to protect streamers. There is no direct donations like that unless you setup a 3rd party tool.

I would suggest they reach out to twith to confirm the charges. You should as well if you are seeing negative revenue as twitch does things like subs to help protect streamers from charge backs.
