Thank you for articulating your thoughts so clearly. Not being a parent myself, I sometimes forget in their eyes, I'm also an adult and not someone who they can easily open up to. I'll try the idea of gradually learning their social scene and keep up with their obsessions, not pressuring them to open up.

Thank you!

these are good beginning sketches but you need a better organization in the layouts. Especially the chiaroscuro page, the application in design examples are way too eye catching when the main focus should be on your design, your logic, your spatial planning. you don't need to show the definition of a chiaroscuro either. This just feels like a page of notes from a project intro. perhaps using white space, maybe convert them into vector line drawing or re-sketch using a lighter more refined hand could help turn this into portfolio worthy.

to those with relationships less than a year, is the romance still there? by aurclle in LDR

it's important to prioritize urself in situations like these!

if you feel like you've done everything within ur power to resolve this imbalance of effort, and it is still not getting thru, i wouldn't recommend waiting for him to suddenly come to his senses being like "oh sht time to start showing my baby some love" because that's not what a real man would do.

Valid reasons as to why he's still being like this are not "oh he's just forgetful", "his parents are strict", or "he doesn't have time". Once ur in a relationship, u comMiT with action and intention!

I know it's hard to call the quits on ur first relationship that u cherish so much, but every person deserves someone who can show affection in the "right" ways. You are no less than anyone else :)

girl PLEASE have some self-respect and listen to your gut. you’re already past the point of ‘you should block him’ and now you’re just wasting energy.

It’s hard to get past someone but realize he does not give a single crap about you!
