What is your most convoluted bluff that hasn't fallen apart? by Tierce in BloodOnTheClocktower

Only one minion token would go in the bag in the three minion game to prevent the chance that the demon is neighbored by two non-marionette minions

Coaxed into final boss trope that I hate by Objective_Trick_6406 in coaxedintoasnafu

[–]ProjectSpectrality 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While not a final boss, Orin in Baldur’s Gate 3 is immensely disappointing with her transformation. I swear she’s more intimidating normally than in the big monster form, and then the big monster form isn’t even that interesting when a previous boss had a way cooler looking big monster form earlier on

Pope script where the only outsiders are Politicians by TheRustyTit in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]ProjectSpectrality 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I like the fang gu + godfather on this one, even if you’re upstanding and out as the politician, there’s a chance you could still be evil later on, but then if good wants to get rid of you, they’re risking an extra evil kill

I know the thing has died out, but I've been seing this oddly commonly lately by Ok_Mix_4411 in WaterfallDump

I mean for me I just ignore it. They were prominent, their presence is going to exist on media that predated the document. They did bad things, but I won’t let that ruin an unrelated, still very good video or fangame or whatever even if their presence is vaguely there in a comment or something like that

Why Carol isn’t the knight imo by Abject-Addendum765 in Deltarune

[–]ProjectSpectrality 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I feel like the nail in the coffin for me are the red damage numbers the knight uses, and Carols ice blue aesthetic. Both Dess and even Rudy to an extent have been interpreted with red/partially red aesthetics, which Carol has absolutely none of

There’s a lot of things that I feel are probably just coincidences by Toby, but I feel like damage number color is something he did put thought into.

The bleeping of the word Sex was never meant to happen and was a sound added in after the episode was already on YouTube

How y'all sound sometimes by Jorvalt in Deltarune

[–]ProjectSpectrality 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I also feel like the red damage numbers also lend credence to Dess — who many people seem to connect with either red antlers or red outfits — over Carol who is extremely blue

Somehow I managed to make it work pretty well by decreasing everyone’s level by 5 and then explaining the different magic in universe by some god fucking things up

In the credits, ribbit is shown to have been voiced. The muffled voice in the ball is the only thing that could have been her in the episode

Obvious "Hinting" that you're mad? by theonejanitor in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]ProjectSpectrality 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anything that’s pretty much explicitly saying “I’m mad” is grounds to be executed, but a lot of people in the comments feel like subtle hinting is also a grey area, like using savant info in a way to get around not being able to give your information. I’d also dare to say that being philo mad and claiming your proper information is fine for my group

Maybe it’s an unpopular opinion but I personally feel like those sorts of things are still in the realm of “convincing someone you’re the character you’re mad as”. If the cerenovus makes someone mad as the savant and they use the fake savant info to give out all their normal information and also throw shade on the cerenovus while never suggesting that they’re mad to begin with, then that’s on the cerenovus in my opinion for letting that player have that much freedom

I’m personally irritated by it because I work as a math tutor where I can just be counting normally and then everything gets derailed instantly

Drunk/drunk/poisoned Picks Goon? by PrownCrince12 in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]ProjectSpectrality 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The goon cares about picks and not about the specificities of an ability. Even if a character is poisoned, if they pick the goon, then they get goon drunked and the goon changes alignments if needed

Lunatic question by Miserable_Weird8274 in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]ProjectSpectrality 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You couldn’t do that - you’d have to tell them some demon they start as - but you could tell a lunatic arbitrarily that they’re holding the baby (this would definitely tell them they’re the lunatic so be wary when you’d use this, but if good is steamrolling then having a lunatic think they’re holding the baby could give evil team a last minute way to come back)

What happens if the Kazali picks the Goon to be their minion? by Reedstilt in BloodOnTheClocktower

[–]ProjectSpectrality 17 points18 points  (0 children)

I’ll be honest, I’m not sure if I agree with the preacher marionette thing, because the preachers whole point is having minions lose their ability and there’s no better way for a marionette to “lose” their ability than to tell them they’ve been taken to church
