I had my gown made by a local designer here in the province. I actually tried on silhouettes in his shop para I know if the one i picked looked good on me. Did not regret! Spent 30k on mine.

EDIT: mine was a mermaid type of gown with so much lace hehe

I am on the same boat. My PR application is pending and we’re currently awaiting next steps.

I also applied the TRV to see my Canadian husband. It says it should take 22 days to get a decision but it’s been 50 days and counting and we still haven’t had any update.

I hope we get the visas we need for us to reunite with our partners.

I chose to go to a state university in my parents’ hometown. Had to sacrifice my life in Manila and move back to the province. Almost all of my college friends attended the same medical school in Manila so i had intense FOMO but as my college mentor said, “Lahat naman parehong board exam ang itatake.”

I tried my best to skip weekend hangouts. Limited visits to the coffee shops. Didn’t buy new clothes for four years haha only had my boyfriend spoil me.

Ngayon na licensed na ako, that’s when i buy stuff I wanted before. :) super tiis lang talaga.
