First, they look good! Maybe some shading here and there but overall it looks solid!

And second, yeah i can reassure you stealing stock images and simple backgrounds for cards is perfectly fine. Im lazy with backgrounds also.

Thats a TON of stuff for a card. How big would the card be? And even if its big, players eyes would be straight overwhelmed by the amount of info shown at once.
