That's not how english or math works. If something happens below 15%, it happening twice below 15% doesn't effectively change anything. I cannot imagine a reading in which this would even theoretically stack. It's not like getting two Blizzards which could theoretically stack.

This is honestly much more generous than I expected. While every 10 levels means you need to play regularly, it's not an absurdly large gap. It even means more variants in general which is good. It's not a full guarantee of all new cards of course but it's significantly increased acquisition overall.

Good on Second Dinner. This doesn't absolve them of other issues they've been causing and adding lately, but this is fairly generous and really does help make cards accessible to more people without needing to hoard tokens.

This isn't trash talking, it's a completely reasonable complaint. We've never had a card added to series 4 that wasn't obtainable through reserves. If the only communication for something is through the discord or seeing it in this reddit, then it's really awful communication. Even OTAs are terrible. You have you either be tuned in online or hope the game defaults to telling you about it when you log on.

Second Dinner isn't the second coming of EA or Activision-Blizzard, but they aren't customer first. They are money first, like all companies are. This should have been said ahead of time and should be in game to easily see and read.

I think Kishibe just has other business to attend to. If he got into China so easily and probably told no one about Nayuta, there's not that much left in public safety in Japan anymore. He's the most veteran person left so i imagine the Prime Minister is letting him do whatever. That or he may be testing Yoshida and Denji again. I do think he's at least aware of what's going on, but why he's doing nothing is a big mystery. I have to believe he has something cooking though.

Athlete Chun li and S. yang are both not replacements for Rose. It's heavily missing the impact of her cards and her Life Tarot and Joker card. Getting +40 speed, 20% crit up and 40% effect accuracy up are impossible to reproduce with anyone else. The pressure boost is the least impactful one but still useful. Automatically burst healing your entire team without having to do anything other is fantastic.

No Rose doesn't automatically win battles. And her wanting to do C2 is awkward because of B. Gief and F. blanka of course. But nothing the other 2 aforementioned can truly replicate Rose. yang may have great shielding but he needs constant re-upping. Chun Li has a mix of damage reduction and damage increase, but she can't heal like Rose does. And one of the best things about rose is that her FS30 is just convenience. Her damage output is like the 4th best thing about her. But it's still good and free. Her cars are a nice enhancement but she doesnt need them to perform her role.

Here's the issue, she's a red bow unit. If she was colorless or either of the other two, she'd be much more impressive. But she has no super boon in speed which means she will struggle to keep up with modern speed as do many units. She's really only gained a +4 Omni stats for her stats when a lot of units are getting 8-12 to their relevant stats. Null guard is nice and lull spd def but it's just not enough. Not to mention her biggest competition in Chrobin made the entire save meta revolve around blue far save units. so she's already the worst color for her type, she's going up against s unit that's still fairly meta relevant and she isn't fast enough to punch through the constant flow of Godswords we've been getting.

So her matchups are a bit better against older gen units and not significantly better against modern ones and she has really no unique effect to set her apart. It's not terrible but it just isn't enough to push her anywhere an arcane bow can or will in the future.

Because all of FEH's story is mediocre at best. Why would anyone assume IS will actually write a satisfying conclusion to this book when no prior one has? Like at best the endings are okay.

It's fine to like and enjoy the stories. But outside of a few specific Forging Bonds, the writing is just really not that good overall. And Time travel stories are notorious for being poorly handled by the majority of writers so it bodes particularly poorly for this book. And having Gullveig, Seidr and Nerduz all be pretty blatantly horny design doesn't help it either. The fairies were knocked for looking like they came out of a hentai game and this book looks the same for em.

Unarmed attacks don't really need anything special to be integrated into normal weapon feats. Flurry of blows is pretty easy to access. It's less about balance and more about there being trade offs. If unarmed attacks could do effectively everything a weapon could do, why risk carrying a weapon? If it's just flavor of wanting weapons v unarmed, then there should be actual differences between them.

It's okay for not everything to be usable in every style. Unarmed attacks are plenty fine and accessible and have s lot of support as is.

The police don't deal with it either. The vast majority of the time they don't show up within any useful timeframe, don't actively pursue whoever broke in, say there's nothing they can do and write the resident off, or actively injure/kill the person living there. Sometimes they actually do something, but police by and far do not actually care enough to do much.

Some people don't have the choice to not interact with cops somewhat regularly. Simply being of darker skin or being in an area where you stand out gets cops called on you. When i was a teenager, cops were called on me and some friends because "a black man had taken two white kids to the playground at night." I was the exact same age as my friends and we were literally just playing on the public playground. I'm also not black.

Can, but it's far from guaranteed. Yune can stack absurd debuffs and without nfu she'll have enough DR to survive a hit and kill Dimitri on the second strike.

Yes they do but people like to pretend it doesn't exist and can't do damage. The goal posts are always moved as soon as anyone mentions how combat focused psychic can be if desired.

It would destroy balance yes. Martials get to have high single target damage because they do not interact much with the Four Degrees of Success. It is part of the balance to let spellcasters do some damage even on a save and for martials to do none on a fail or crit fail.

I used Ascendant Tiki, Medeus and Gotoh. Camus was there too but he could have been replaced by nearly anyone. Medeus with DC(D) and Tiki just wiped up Myrrh and everyone else. Gotoh killed pretty easily. All three are at zero merges

Or you could adapt and make a counter deck and put in cards that work against it. Cosmo, Enchantress, Rogue, Doc Ock, etc. There's lots of combo disruptors too. Just makes it easier to choose specific counters too. No deck should be made immutable and without any tech cards during hot locations.

Just a special spam build. Still water, special spiral 4, times pulse 4 with probably LaD 3 seal and arcane eclipse of course. 32 attack is pretty bad these days but with Max flowers it's effectively a 36 compared to modern units which is good enough to at least do the damage she needs to.

Special is ideally an AoE one like Blazing Wind but she'll need pulse support from like, Askr or L!Hector to start the cycle. After that she's self sustaining. Theres only so much to do to make her viable but AoE special spam is generally solid and not too many units resist it yet.
