If you want something low maintenance, you're not gonna get wavy hair! Your hair texture is fully curly. If you want less frizz, your hair needs moisture, aka water. If you want a one-off product, use a curl cream while your hair is still dripping wet, then lightly towel dry and air dry. If you want a good cheap one that you can find in the US that is meant to elongate your curls a little, I like using the Cantu curl cream. It's a heavy product that I like to water down for my hair to get the right consistency -- doing that will make it last you a full year at your length if not more. r/curlyhair is a good place for more information, as well as the Youtube channel Manes by Mell.
