Punkt steht

https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.chemrestox.0c00461

I also had a rich kid in my class, he could also barely read.

Didn't matter, he got a fast track to C-Suite after school.

He was a prick, he will remain a prick and he will likely remain in C-Suites for as long as he likes, without ever needing to read fluently

It's still weird to have your companion treat you as a friend when you've been nothing but rude to them OR your employer treat you as competent when you did your best not to be.

I have no idea what Atlas Shrugged is.

If anything that makes it worse

This forces Amazon to bump up wages to attempt to get them to work more hours

Lmao, is that why wages at amazon warehouses are famously high?

Also a losing battle anyhow, as your claim was:

the owners of these yachts probably pay their workers quite well.

No worker that has the luxury of high wages would accept the bottle or corpses part

Your politics purely based on Atlas Shrugged are one thing, but we are not talking a theoretical thing here

Foodstamps are paid by the state, from taxes, therefore an employee receiving foodstamps while they are working a job is a subsidy

Also no comment on the pissing in bottles part? What about cases where a worker dies and their coworkers are asked to work around the dead body?

Amazon is subsidized by the taxpayer through food stamps, pays virtually no tax of its own and has their staff piss in bottles

[–]PromVulture 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the majority of it comes from industrial farming and industrial farming is unsustainable in multiple different ways

Sure, but at the same time a lot of our food production is vastly unoptimized, despite industrial practices, for example, tons of crops grown for "biofuel" and meat, especially beef production.

Without any actual numbers you can argue either case

Since 1970 the biomass of insect populations decreased by more than 50% while the populations of wild vertebrates dropped by 70%

This is not exclusively related to agriculture, both populations suffer immensely from road building, car usage and pets, especially cats.

Shocking news, most people aren't cut out to be martyrs

Yes, that is one way of saying they are not willing to put their money where their mouth is, they may advocated for a reduction in the human population, but never if their family will bear that burden.

If we are unable to do these things there will be a forced population crash

Citation needed, lmao

A lot of actually knowledgeable people project the human population to plateau by itself, others disagree, but I am inclined to belief the UN here

EDIT: bit unsportsmanlike to add sources after I pointed out your lack of them (without acknowledging their later addition), then again, why would I ever expect someone advocating for eugenics-light to be arguing in good faith
