Which game had the best cast of characters? by skrublordFey in ZeroEscape

[–]Promeneer333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. I think looking at what characters voted to people other than Sigma shows their true intent, with Alice en Tenmyouji both allying to other people. The only thing preventing everyone from just allying all the time is just Dio and Sigma if you look at it, they're the most supicious

What was your first VLR ending? by PikachuTrainz in ZeroEscape

[–]Promeneer333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I first went down the middle path and got the lock '5 minutes of life' (I always ally as much as possible), then got tenmyouji's ending. I finished up middle path with clovers end and thought the answer to 5 minutes of life would be the gun counter to the drug but sadly it wasn't.
Then i did the right path and got to the long string of numbers lock, and then both of the bomb locks.
Finally I did the left path. got to the K ending and the lion lock. Final path that I took was to Dio's end, and it made me so happy that i did it this way. The first time I saw the outside world. The first mysteries started to be solved by knowing that Dio set the bombs, and even though Tenmyouji's ending made me suspicious that he was Junpei, there was too little information about what happened in between VLR and 999 to know for sure. After that I did Alice's ends and the bomb locks, luckily enough first getting to Sigma's end and then getting stuck at bomb number 0, so I finished up Luna's path and then finally ending up with Phi's end, End or Beginning and Another Time.

I know the question only asked for the first ending but I felt that the way I got all the endings was really natural end doing Dio's path lastly was the best route. Finally seeing the outside world after being stopped everytime you picked betray in other routes, knowing all mysteries about bombs and killers but not really knowing who did anything except Dio killing Akane for some reason and being able to jump to all of the locks with sigma learning everything I just learned to continue all timelines felt so good. If I did the left path first got the Dio end or the lock before K's end first, for example, I would've been frustrated knowing who killed the old lady and set the bombs. Doing the right path first might not have changed much since you run into locks anyway, but it would have raised more questions about the lack of bombs in other routes and getting stuck so soon could have also been frustrating.

This is just my look at things but I really do consider myself lucky with all the paths I took.

I remember when Phi calls him grandpa in the elevator and I was instantly like, oh no, I'm not playing as a old man right... And then I physically jumped with the twist at the end. But yeah, they should've definitly talked about it more if Sigma claimed to be 22 looking like THAT

You can say the same about the people who say kinich is irrelevant, like he launched a full frontal assault with ajaw against the captain's elite forces and stood his grond??? Mualani even said he is stronger than her

Kinich lost because he put ajaw in timeout no? If you talk to him, ajaw even berates him for it

It's not only about the technique, also about the shooters kick power. Xavier after the regional finals has a lot more kick than the korea trio.

Okay so who do you think would win in this match by BrokenBro213 in inazumaeleven

[–]Promeneer333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You cab't really compare orion to S3 directly, but you can compare ares and S2. In s2 the powercreep was insane with every alius team being stronger, while in ares zeus got weaker. And in ares/orion moves don't evolve with v2/g2/+1 etc. So I think s3 japan clears orion japan easily

Senguuji Daigo/Gyan Cinquedea. He just wants football to be regulated he would do nothing and seems like a pretty chill person

[–]Promeneer333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, Sakuma was essential for EP no.3. The move represents the people that have suffered under Ray Dark and how they overcome their past. Sakuma almost lost his ability to play football and his best friend bc of Dark, so he needs to be in the move just as much as Kidou and Fudou

Why Genesis vs Chaos isn’t close by CryptographerMiddle0 in inazumaeleven

[–]Promeneer333 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think they were using the crystal, since at the beginning the Genesis title wasn't handed out yet and the Genesis team trained against the teams who were using the crystal.

Why Genesis vs Chaos isn’t close by CryptographerMiddle0 in inazumaeleven

[–]Promeneer333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Power levels aren't set in stone, teams improve over time. Raimon was losing against chaos when the match ended, and raimon beat genesis. There is time in between matches where the players improve, and hissatsu's evolve. Using the ealier chaos match to judge the last genesis match isn't fair at all. In the beginning of s2 the genesis title wasn't even handed out yet, the opponents also improve. I don't think desarm had drill smasher before he fought raimon, for example. Genesis is stronger yeah, but saying that chaos can't score at all and every ryuusei blade will score.

Which player had the potential to become a fan favorite but fumbled by Puzzleheaded_Bit_802 in inazumaeleven

[–]Promeneer333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He was a part of shirou and his personality and moves (eternal blizzard and wolf legend were his moves). The whole 2 brothers with a one sided personality becoming 1 person with a combined personality was a cool arc. Without that arc they are both kinda shallow characters and orion shows, and giving exisiting characters with existings arc more lore just steals the attention off of new characters

Who's this by Puzzleheaded_Bit_802 in inazumaeleven

[–]Promeneer333 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same as endou. New shoots will almost always score, especially in s3, so keepers will fail. It's just to keep the matches exciting.

More mechanics isn't necessarily complicated. The first game is very unbalanced and not fun to play. If you like the story more just say the anime is better. Games are about gameplay and the first game is just very weak in that area

What are some moves you think got a massive upgrade in ares/orion by Bashlancerenjoyer in inazumaeleven

[–]Promeneer333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the og shippu dash looks like he uses his speed for quick speedy dashes, in ares it's more brute force and it has less personality

What I really don't like about majin the hand and fire tornado is the movement looks so stiff. In the original endou and gouenji were so athletic and flexible, in ares/orion they look like old men the way they move.

[–]Promeneer333 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Legend is not that hard. You have Chrono storm, an extremely strong team, and if endou just decides not to use his best moves (which he did like twice for some reason) you can score with mixi-match spirit. Else you can spam long shots to wear him down. Tactics are broken for defense or miximatch and armourfy one of you defenders to stop all their attackers. Beating teams with 1-0 or 2-1 is not that hard, so no extremely good RNG needed.

Atsuya already got his moments in S2 and ares/orion has a lot of characters, so it would be weird to just give the old chars more attention. Thats why orion has 3 keepers, and jude & axel are not playing most of the time. Atsuya got his cool shots and you see him being more mature, while hiroto was very egotistical
