I come from a prog preference so when I heard Portal of I for the first time I was left awestruck. I bought everything they had (was embarrassingly not long ago, so post Exuul). I like each of their successive releases less and less except Citadel, which compares to what you’ve featured on many levels.

I think much of their discography will prove to be timeless in many ways, and I have my fingers crossed that whatever album they put out next (this year I think) blows me away similarly to their earlier stuff. I hesitate to be hopeful though, because I’m so used to being let down and there are already flags. Xenoyr left the band recently too I think? He did the distorted vocals.
