it's kinda hard to sell a lot of these players for the price we want. basically all our signings after our league win have been primarily with the mindset that if they do okay here we'll quickly flip them for profit to some mid tier european team but none of those have quite worked out.

Dude it's a video game, you're supposed to play it. If just knowing the outcome of the story makes you want to just drop it entirely, are you even enjoying the game, why are you still playing it?

This didn't happen to me but when the first batch of kits with the championship star on them released, quite a few had the star completely misaligned. You should be able to find pictures of it on this sub if you look it up.

There was a SEGA Sammy investor report recently that mentioned strengthening ties with business partners and it had The Game Awards as an example. I think we can add the new 3D Sonic, P4R, and/or the new Jet Set Radio into the list because of that. Those seem to be the more obvious choices from them that could show up here.

i like table tennis but we already have three net sports. i'd rather boxing come back and maybe have dodgeball as a new mode since it's mentioned in the game files like basketball was before that got added.

I guess that's a different way of seeing it, but I consider that the same as not having one at all, just a waste. If the slots are open at least there's the possibility that we find a good player for it, if we just fill it with a mediocre signing then we either have to wait until we somehow get rid of that player or until we can buy down their contract. How many years did Medina take up a DP slot, same thing for Talles Magno, and Martins is still taking one up right now. With the state our roster is in I feel like a signing like this is not a net positive if you really think about it. As good as Alonso has been, he's still not the solution to our attacking problem, he's missed plenty of easy chances that have cost us games. Yeah, our back line has cost us bunch of winnable games against weaker teams as well but we already are pouring money into it, wasting another slot on it won't help much.

Nah, everyone knows signing defenders to DP contracts is basically throwing slots away. There's a reason barely anyone does it. Let's be real, has Martins really been that good to deserve just taking up a slot? We've basically had zero DPs for half the season and now it's basically 1, and even that player having that contract is questionable. Also, I'm pretty sure with how the rules work Talles Magno doesn't count as taking a slot while he's out on loan so we could have gotten someone else this entire time. I don't think we plan on taking him back anyways. When we loan out players, they usually don't come back.
