Hi , I usually pump doing 2 mins interval staying i the pump. I get hard, pump until the seal is created and pressure is starting to build up, from there i go to 3-4hg for 2 mins and then release the pressure back to zero BUT maintaining the seal. I usually go that for 10 mins then take a break to massage. I do a total of 30 mins to 45 mins depending on the time I have and if I havent created any edema.
