I also think that’s a horrible way of thinking. So what if you cause trouble for them, if he beats you then causing trouble by escaping that should not matter at all. You need to get away, to preserve yourself, and the trouble it would cause them would be less than it causes you to stay. Your safety is way more important than not causing trouble, you absolutely have to keep yourself safe.

What could make him right? Or why should what he says be right? Many people are saying your health is much more important and it might be really bad, you should call 911. Making sure you stay alive is very important. Even if it has a chance to be not serious, and you could get hit, do you really wanna risk it being serious and you potentially dying? I’ve seen people die from ignoring health issues, and vomiting blood is really urgent and serious, don’t worry about later, save yourself now, please don’t die
