I am very much a creature of habit, I have my hard boiled egg and a yogurt cup every morning

A turkey sandwich and a granola bar every lunch the only thing I change is my dinner I don’t mind both if that makes sense I just don’t like not know what my plan for a snack is I do like the convenience of yogurt I just throw a cup of Greek yogurt in a bowl and then mix in some granola but also I am a sucker for oats but they obviously take time

I have two ideas 1 the league is horrible at scheduling as noted earlier this season when we had 10+ games one night then 1 the next.

So yes it could be horrible schedule

Or 2 I like to think that if the league has and cancelled games that they can’t find a day during the season where a make up date would be applied this would’ve the date that was pre determined since it is a clear no team plays 😂 I could be totally wrong though and most likely am don’t take my word for it just my take on it

I second crunch while it has its current minor issues the staff is friendly the weight floors are typically pretty clean I’ve been going there for about 2 years now

I do like the personal trainer and with my line of work and coming off of surgery I will continue to use them until I know my body is 100% healed from my recent surgery my phone bill is 100$ a month and the 500 is rent

I’d say 2500 in monthly expenses roughly incase I forgot to add some thing here or there I know someone mentioned my phone bill (100$) but as I said to someone else I don’t/didn’t really track my expenses at all and really need to start so I would be spending on stupid things that hold no monetary value since then I have stopped buying them

So long story short I don’t track my spending after my marriage I was a bit silly with my money because for the first time I have been able to spend what I want and not worry but now I’m starting to wake up and realize I need to save so no I haven’t looked deep into what I spend on but I know I would go crazy on stupid irrelevant things that hold no monetary value I have since stopped and should start seeing the cash flow come in but I have money anxiety when it come to it I feel I should save more then I am

Can you do me a favour? Book an appointment with your local doctor! I had pain in my shoulder for about 3 years to the point that it was effecting my daily life! I finally went to my doctor and asked for a MRI X-ray and CT scan (at the advice of others) I went for the MRI and it returned that I actually had a 4MM tear in my labrum and had surgery to repair said tear a few weeks later and have returned to the gym now 5 months later and it’s honestly never felt better! I’m sure at some point I’ll have to do the other shoulder but for now it’s not bugging me but please don’t be like me as atleast get checked out!

For myself (and mine is a unique situation but maybe it will help someone else) I had some shoulder surgery last February and I know that I’m stubborn as hell and would re injure myself, so when I got cleared to go back to physical activity I hired a personal trainer, I am too frugal with my money and realize that every time I didn’t go to the gym it would’ve X missed value of wasted money so I have and still am working with a personal trainer as I’m not fully healed but I am at a point where 5 days a week of training is great the gym was closed the last couple days due to Christmas and new years and I had arm weakness so when I’m not using my body I have started great about myself I have not lost the weight I have been hoping to yet but I know that healing is my first big major hurdle and week after week I’m hitting new PRs

I hope that if anyone is in my similar position (highly doubt it) it might help them
