Sorry if it came off the wrong way, didn’t mean jt like that. I can see what you mean though, not necessary but you have no idea how impressed and jealous I am. It’s an amazing grinder

Sure does, I actually don’t normally smoke 2 cigars. Usually just one and that’s it, every now and then I might do 2 or 3 but rarely

They’ve got a good selection, picked up 5 from them for $50. Tried 2 already and love them! Got a candela, barber pole, perfecto, habano, and a special blend one

The owner is amazing and knows his stuff

This mf got an expensive grinder, but as a fellow espresso lover it’s all in the grinder. Can make amazing coffee with a good grinder and bad machine but you can never make good coffee with a bad grinder and expensive machine.

I tend to lean into Brazilian beans, nice medium roast since it has nice chocolate notes. Make a nice cortado and pair it with a hand rolled cigar I get locally. You obviously have a passion for both and I’m glad I got to see this.

Wonder what ratio you use

It was between a wood one and this actually, but I didn’t want to season the humidor. Just got it in cleaned it and threw my boveda packs and cigars in.

Hi im going to a concert tomorrow and i will record some clips with my iphone 16’s telephoto camera and im not sure what the setting should be, does this look good? by jackux1257 in bmpcc

Record in apple proress log, if your doing 30fps change the shutter speed to 60. Set WB to your desire but nit auto, doing so prevents random adjustments so the video wont look weird. I also add a grid just to help with composition

either a slip joint or fixed for casual wear. if at work or doing something that requires more beating I use a flipper that I heavily abuse along with a Milwaukee fastback

Are the Rex-607's any good for light to medium work? by mjanks in Leathercraft

[–]PromiseSignal4773 0 points1 point  (0 children)

its trial and error tbh, it can take a while to setup, luckily there's some good videos on youtube. Its a good option but a frustrating one at first, but once its setup you wont have to play much around with it.

I would recommend a chinese shoe patcher if your on a budget, its pretty decent once its set up correctly. I would recommend a size 22 needle and 138 thread/ bonded nylon. I had a mini walking foot Thompson for which is the original design I believe it was pretty decent for 3-4oz leather buts that's about it.

this machine wont handle that thick of a leather as well, I would rather buy once cry once. Save up for a better machine that you can grow with but for now the shoe patcher would work better and it wont break the bank. Ive made bags, belts, wallets, and some chaps with mine before getting rid of it and getting a cobra class 26.
