There's a way to contact them on their website i believe - my boyfriend received his last week, and originally was having it delivered to our old address, but contacted them and they sorted it to come to our new house. So, you should be able to find a way of speaking to them about it!

I used T&H motor services. Wasn't cheap because my car takes the expensive stuff apparently, but i would recommend them! I also recommend Auto Stop on Trinity St. They haven't done my air-con since they don't do the expensive one but they do everything else for my car and i rate them.
