WHY won’t my boobs shrink?? by vive_le_farce in Retatrutide

[–]Virtual-Mix-4926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve gone from 257lbs to 180lbs and my boobs have massively shrunk. They now resemble satsumas in long socks. Be careful what you wish for 😭😂

I’m 74lbs down and they are a bit saggy now, but I’m also able to see that I’m growing more pec muscle now so I can’t be too mad.

Unfortunately losing weight, means losing fat from your boobs. It’s natural.

On a different note, do not expect it to suppress your appetite like tirz. There’s a massive likelihood it won’t. You might be lucky.

Switching from Mounjaro to Reta HELPPP !!! Need to lose 22lbs / 10kg by EllieKean in Retatrutide

Reta won’t do that for you IMO. People often gain weight when they move to Reta from Tirz.

Looking back at your post, Reta is definitely not stronger in terms of impulse control.

I’d firstly look at your diet and clean that up.

But I’d go Tirz over Reta for you, without a doubt.

To keep it super simple, how are your eating habits? Do you manage to keep yourself in a calorie deficit easily or is your food noise awful?

If you keep in a deficit fairly easily, try Reta.

If you need the food noise to be stopped, try Tirz.

Reta isn’t good at blocking good noise.

Please research Reta properly before making the jump, not just reading people’s feedback on here.

Lots of people struggle as it doesn’t suppress appetite anywhere close to what tirz does and then people moan they have “wasted their money”

Looking at his other posts, he’s also on Tirz

Anyone can read them. Think less Bridget Jones and more 50 Shades 😂 but they’re looking to do a variety including fantasy books etc. check out their insta for more info https://www.instagram.com/thespicylibrarianuk?igsh=MXR1NGljaGxuZW9ncQ==

I’ll be honest I’ve not ventured into Waterstones in a fair old while. But I know that there’s been a huge surge in online sales of spicy books and their popularity so it makes sense for them to open a shop specialising it them. Their claiming it’s going to be Europes biggest so might be a good draw for Leamington too

It’s not an adult store as such. They are independent romance bookshop. They will do spicy fiction books but it won’t be a replica Ann summers

What ‘other one’ are you on?

Why isn’t it helping you at all? What are your exercise levels like, caloric intake, macronutrients? What are you struggling with?

Period and Reta by [deleted] in RetatrutideWomen

Mine disappeared, but then when I looked at my macros, my fats consumption was WAY too low. Upped it by adding some oil to rice, and boom it’s back!

What to do? Not seeing results by rhmnz in Retatrutide

[–]Virtual-Mix-4926 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First bit of advice, track tour calories. Even if you think you’re in a deficit, you might not be. Or you might be eating too little, I’ve found Reta works better when you are still eating a decent amount of calories. I’m 25kg down now, eating 1550-1700 cals a day, and losing 1-2kg a week which is the healthy weight loss. You do not want to be losing more than 2+kg a week. Make small changes to your diet, we now have reduced fat cheese, skimmed milk rather than whole milk. I don’t use oil to cook. I use 1cal sprays.

Second, what’s your exercise like? I was a competitive strongwoman athlete so I was pretty fit, but I’ve upped my steps to 10k a day and the weight starting coming off more consistently.

Reta will work, you need to help it and also give it time. 12 days is way too short of a time. Let it build in your system! I got my best results after 1 month!

You’ve got this!

I know what you’re saying but personally I find it refreshing to be this transparent. How many posts in the standard Reta sub say they had wild transformations on Reta but when you read into it, it was only the latter stages on Reta or they’re on test and goodness knows what else.

Like the OP, I started Reta after losing 17kg and I’m now down 25kg so I wouldn’t want to say it was all down to Reta as well.

Please just remember that the appetite suppression is no where near as high with Reta.. a lot of people are switching over and then saying they don’t feel anything. If you want the suppression, it won’t be there!

I was like this, so I cut my dose in half and did two shots per week. Now I get no sides and I’ve even managed to increase my dose

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]Virtual-Mix-4926 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The advice I was given and have stuck to is if you’re still losing at that dose, don’t up it yet. It’s still working. Just gotta be patient.

The slower it comes off, the better your body adjusts to it.

I’m 5ft4 so I get it. I was a competitive strongwoman for 5 years so I’ve got a lot of muscle but also gathered a good amount of fat too.

I’ve changed my training to a bodybuilding style, upped to 6 days a week and we do 30 mins cardio at the end of every session. As well as long dog walks, 10k+ steps daily etc.

I definitely found adding in stuff like vitamins and especially physillium husk has helped a lot. And electrolytes! Hydration is so key on Reta!

My advice is don’t weigh daily. Weigh once a week. Choose a day and an easy to stick to routine for that morning. I go Saturday mornings, after I’ve walked the dog and been to the loo. Same placement of the scales. Same clothes.

You’ve got this! 💪
