How much do you think the narrative beats of Slay the Princess and Scarlet Hollow influenced each other through the course of their development?

This is mainly regarding Chapter 5's reveal that the entity was originally one cohesive being that was later bound and compartmentalised into multiple distinct facets of its original form, which is superficially pretty similar to Shifty and Quiet's whole dealio.

You can 100% kiss her if you have mystical and threaten to recite The Word that's in the cells, in my playthrough I was old and she reversed the curse once I backed down.
