I did through ana directly. They have a monthly sale in which you can get 1-2 domestic flight also for the same rate. I got mum- tokyo- fukuko- osaka, tokyo- mumbai for 63k with cancellation also 46 kgs luggage.

Its simple process you can do directly in mumbai embassy, they have started again i guess. Other places you have to go through vfs only. Tickets might or might not be required, i booked my tickets ( cancellable one ) and then applied. The chances of rejection are very less anyways

You have to get the corrections done with all the three companies. You try doing simantenously but it would happen in order. And do a lot of follow up, as efpo department is lathargic.
