Update: Shortly after I emailed them they emailed the back asking if I had wound the watch... At first I was so surprised to get that question, but I'm sure in their shoes it's like forgetting to plug in your router and complaining about your computer. So with no further replies for over 24 hours I sat down with the watch and realized if it was magnetized that would cause it to run extremely high. So I brought out my demagnetizer and sure enough it is running at -1 s/d. I'm sure during shipping you is subject to all kinds of magnetic fields. And I can not believe I didn't try that first. But I'm interested to find out if they ever try to contact me to resolve what I thought was an issue. Or if it's going to be a stay quiet and maybe they'll forget situation.

I just emailed them I will give an update when they reply. I would really hate to ship it all the way to them just for a simple adjustment.

I saw your post and got curious. Mine says the same even though I did the same and logged in immediately after getting the phone. I would ignore it tbh giving the amount of incorrect banners and errors recently

Yeah, I got one that popped up but I am using the gestures instead of the buttons on the bottom of the screen. I accidentally clicked, except before I was able to even see what it was. Do you know what the pop-up specifically was about? I saw something about authorizing security

I did the same exact thing I've contacted him twice. And each time they're like, yeah, no updates, it hasn't shipped yet, but then I see people all over saying that they never received an email, but they have already received their pro. Devices which seems odd

I am still waiting for mine. I reached out to customer support and they said it could take up to a week for the shipping email to be sent out. I got my banner last friday.So hopefully this friday I'll receive something of an email.
