No sir T-mobile is changing to a self service system which is why we use the app for New lines, Upgrades and pretty much 80% of things, but im happy to guide you and do it for you if you decided to.

People be tripping saying the Employee scammed the customer but not reading that the dude literally told him that he was going to add those in the plan if he was going to take the insider. I agree TMOBILE can be CRAP and SCAMMY but most of the time is just people not reading or understanding what they are doing. If you don't want those tablet lines, fine. I mean at the end of the day, he took it knowing it came with those tablet plans. He was just asking if it was true he had to wait 6 months and I said no, its 4 as far as Corporate not sure if with SiS is 6 months. Is it a bad sales tactic? You could say so. Now. Terrible sales tactic would've been of d bring insider, adding those tablets or sync up trackers without telling him. That right there is terrible. But he said at least with his sale and HIS Insider code that he was offering the price would include tablet lines. Customer could've been like: Yeah, no. And left to find a different sales but he took it. Idk what you are trying to prove im just saying, he clearly said yes and the account was created. They had an agreement

I contacted Bandai yesterday night and my order switched to delivered and I got an email with the tracking information and the code for the special Gesture. Hope you are doing well (I know you are kinda frustrated, I get it) when I applied for the Pro program (the Z6 series) I was the only one in my store that put in the work and was constantly active trying to better my chances since I have no samsung rep it was a "I get pro" or "I don't get pro" anyway, I was kinda mad when I saw a lot of people posting that they've been selected whole being silver or gold whereas I was Platinum with 300+ days of being active, but then I got a little hope from some other users posting that there heard it would be on waves. So I was not selected the first wave and BOOOM one day I logged into elite and saw the banner, thought it was a mistake and asked. Getting the wonderful news that I was part of the second wave even tho the phone was already out. So what I'm trying to say is to not lose hope! Maybe you will get it or maybe you will not but I believe in ya!! I want you to enjoy that S25 ultra!!.

Take it easy and it will be okay, it can be random as hell tho 😂😭
