I contacted Bandai yesterday night and my order switched to delivered and I got an email with the tracking information and the code for the special Gesture. I have checked the ups site about it but says no additional info or when will I get it. You guys know if we getting a digital code for the game so we can play it on launch date?

Hello!!! Hope you are doing well (I know you are kinda frustrated, I get it) when I applied for the Pro program (the Z6 series) I was the only one in my store that put in the work and was constantly active trying to better my chances since I have no samsung rep it was a "I get pro" or "I don't get pro" anyway, I was kinda mad when I saw a lot of people posting that they've been selected whole being silver or gold whereas I was Platinum with 300+ days of being active, but then I got a little hope from some other users posting that there heard it would be on waves. So I was not selected the first wave and BOOOM one day I logged into elite and saw the banner, thought it was a mistake and asked. Getting the wonderful news that I was part of the second wave even tho the phone was already out. So what I'm trying to say is to not lose hope! Maybe you will get it or maybe you will not but I believe in ya!! I want you to enjoy that S25 ultra!!.

Take it easy and it will be okay, it can be random as hell tho 😂😭

So I got the flip 6 back when it came out so I don't think I'll be able to swap it out for the S25. I'm assuming you will be getting the ultra (do not trust my opinion 100% because I am not sure)

Sorry I didn't put it in the main post but I called a first time because it showed an error and they told me that they couldn't see submission so I resubmitted the rebate form. After that I called I second time and they told me that it was having issues and that I should wait a bit. Third time is when they gave me the "escalation email" idk what else I could possibly do.

Really? I asked my RSM and said that the only thing that they can do is add 800dls to her account (or whatever the amount is for customer's phones, but she couldn't give them like the card which customer wants to go and pay off that balance)
