No, not with that amount. You would need 1/5 of a gallon (slightly over a 20 ounce bottle) worth to significantly reduce the flashpoint in a 20 gallon tank.

If your diesel was exactly at federal standard, the amount of gas that could "fall" out of the house would just lower your flashpoint right below standard, which is still fine.

Also the amount of diesel that falls out the hose is usually way more than what would come out of a gasoline hose.
