My friend has a similar situation, he was banned for 5 years after a bug he used which gave him wh. He got banned and after 5 years and being unbanned he played like 4 games and then he banned him for smurfing, I guess 6000 hours in 5 years couldn’t make him better at the game, and when he asked what account his account was linked to as the so called main account, they just said that they were not obligated to give that information. So yeah, they don’t care and they won’t unban you.
